"TO MY DEAR CHILDREN"

I, GOD, will be today managing all your problems. Please remember I do not need your help. If you face a situation that cannot handle, do not try to resolve it. I ask you kindly to placing it on the tray "something only God can do." I'll take care of the matter, in my time, not at yours. 

Once you've placed your problem in the tray, do not cling more to it or pretend to remove it from there. 

If you remove or if you hold on your problem; it will only make the solution thereof is delayed. 

If it is a situation that you consider you can handle it by yourself; however I ask that you please, consult me in praying, so you can be sure of you'll make the right decision.

Because I never sleep and I never fall asleep, there is no reason why you have to lose sleep at dawn because of the concerns. Rest in Me. If you want to contact me, I am at the distance of a prayer. Also, consider the following:

I am happy with what you have. If you find it difficult to sleep at night, remember the homeless families, who do not have a bed to sleep; and you pray for them!

If you are stuck in traffic, do not despair. There are people in this world that driving is a privilege to them.

Have you had a bad day at work? Think of those for years without getting one, and you pray for them!

Are you discouraged / a because of a deteriorated romantic relationship? Think of those who do not know what is love, and that never were loved. Bring them to the love of Christ!

Do you grieve because the weekend is over? Think of the woman with tattered clothes, working 18 hours a day washing clothes for others, to feed their children; and imitate her!

Your vehicle was damaged in the middle of the road and away from any possible help? Think of paraplegics, those with great pleasure would take your place to walk the distance; and asks the Lord for them!

Have you noticed that new white hairs have appeared? Think of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, which would like to have your hair; and visit them at the hospital; or at their deathbed!

Have you reached the 40s and you have faced a terrible loss and you wonder what is the purpose of this proof? Be grateful! many did not live up to that age to find out. Do not question your Creator; and help you, to grow spiritually in the proofs!

Do you find yourself at a time of life that is the subject of bitterness, ignorance, smallness or envy people? Remember that things could be worse if you were one of them.... Take them to Christ; and teach them that the roots of bitterness are carcinogenic to their lives!
  
Do you feel you do not help others as you would like to do it? Now part of the solution is in your hands; send them this memorandum; you could unwittingly illuminate the day and the life of someone else.

Do you feel that you have no friends? "Remember that a friend of yours is sending  this message to you." Prayer is one of the gifts God has given us. It costs nothing and gives us many awards.

Father, I ask you to bless my friends reading this; reveal them your love and power.

Holy Spirit, I ask you to be the guide for their souls:

Where there is a pain, give them your peace, and your mercy.

Where there is doubt renew their confidence.

Where there is tiredness, I ask you to give them understanding, patience, strength; and teach them to love.

Where there is spiritual stagnation, I ask you to reveal them your closeness, for a new beginning in faith.

Where there is fear, reveal your love, your power; and give them strength.

Bless their finances, grant more insight of you; and that they have the support of friends to give them strength and courage.

Give them to everyone, discernment to distinguish the negative forces that affect them; and reveal to them the power they have in you to overcome it.

Grant me Lord these petitions, in the name of Christ.

Life is very mysterious; indeed, it would be inexplicable if we knew and believed that God is preparing us for scenes and ministries that are beyond what we can see where Christians truly cast will be required for special services.

Would you like to be a special soldier of The Lord? Say it to Christ today!

The price of a single steel bar is five dollars; but when it is transformed into horseshoes, its value is ten dollars. If it becomes needles, its value is three hundred fifty dollars; in knives, its price rises to thirty-two thousand dollars; if it becomes ropes of watches the price is calculated to two hundred and fifty thousand dollars. What an amount of blows has to bear this steel bar, to get to the value of this amount! ... But while more manipulated it has been, the more hammering it has received, and been passed by the fire, beaten, crushed and polished, its value is greater.

"Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you; but rejoice inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings, that, when His glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. .......... For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory ......... "

"Every man’s work shall be made manifest; for the Day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire, and the fire shall test every man’s work of what sort it is."

That this illustration help us to remain silent, to stand still and grow in sufferings! ... Those who suffer most are more capable and can produce more. Suffering is also a means God uses to make us as can, for His glory, and blessing of other siblings.

La vida es muy misteriosa;  verdaderamente,  sería  inexplicable  si  no supiéramos ni creyéremos que  Dios nos  está preparando para escenas y ministerios que se encuentran más allá de lo que podemos ver, donde cristianos  verdaderamente moldeados serán requeridos para servicios especiales.

¿Quisieras ser un o una Soldado especial del Señor? ¡Dilo a Cristo hoy!

El  precio  de una simple barra de acero,  es  cinco  dólares;  Cuando se transforma  en  herraduras,  vale  diez  dólares.   Si  se   transforma  en agujas,  vale  trescientos  cincuenta  dólares,   en  hojas  de cuchillos su precio  asciende  a  treinta  y  dos  mil  dólares.   Si  con  ello  se  hacen cuerdas  para  relojes  su  precio  se  calcula  en   dos ciento   cincuenta mil   dólares.   ¡Que cantidad de  golpes  tiene   que   sobrellevar dicha  barra  para  llegar  a  valer esto!   Pero  cuanto  más  manipulada ha  sido,  cuanto más martillazos  ha  recibido  y  sido pasada por el  fuego, golpeada,  machacada  y  pulimentada,  su  valor  es mayor.

  "Amados,  no os  sorprendáis  del  fuego  de  prueba que os ha sobrevenido, como si alguna cosa extraña os aconteciese, sino gozaos por cuanto sois participantes de los padecimientos de Cristo, para que también en la revelación de Su Gloria os gocéis con gran alegría ..... Porque  esta  leve  tribulación momentánea  
produce en nosotros un cada vez más excelente 
y eterno peso de gloria"

"La obra de cada uno se hará manifiesta; porque el día la  declarará,  pues  por el fuego será revelada; y  la obra de cada uno cuál sea, el fuego la probará"

¡Que  esta  ilustración  nos ayude a guardar silencio;  a permanecer quietos  y a crecer  en  los  sufrimientos! ...  Los  que  más  sufren  son más  capaces,  y  pueden  producir  más.  El sufrimiento es un medio que también  Dios  utiliza  para  sacar  cuanto  puede  de  nosotros,  para Su Gloria,  y  para  bendición de otros hermanos.

EL VENCEDOR Y EL PERDEDOR

1. Cuando un vencedor comete un error, dice: "Yo me equivoque!"

Cuando un perdedor comete un error, dice: "No fue mi culpa."

2. Un vencedor trabaja duro y tiene mas tiempo. Un perdedor está siempre muy ocupado "para hacer lo que es necesario".

3. Un vencedor enfrenta y supera los problemas. Un perdedor da vueltas y nunca consigue resolverlos.

....4. Un vencedor se compromete. Un perdedor hace promesas

5. Un vencedor dice: "Yo soy bueno, pero no tan bueno como me gustaría ser." Un perdedor dice: "Yo no soy tan malo como tantos otros."

6. Un vencedor escucha, comprende, y espera una oportunidad para responde. Un perdedor  solo quiere  hablar.

7. Un vencedor respeta aquellos que son superiores a el y trata de aprender algo con ellos. Un perdedor resiste aquellos que son superiores a el y trata de encontrar sus defectos 

8. Un vencedor se siente responsable por algo mas que solo su trabajo. Un perdedor no colabora y siempre dice: "Yo solo hago mi trabajo".

9. Un vencedor dice: "Debe haber una mejor forma de hacerlo ..." Un perdedor dice: "Esta es la forma que siempre lo hicimos."

10. Un vencedor comparte este mensaje con los amigos... Un perdedor lo guarda para sí mismo, porque no tiene tiempo...

"The Effective Leader"

The Christian is upbeat and positive in Christ Jesus.

{According to Joshua 14: 6-15}, the A Christian leader is characterized by:

01] Do not abstain from working for Christ in their decisions, or in opinions ………. [v. 6-8]
02] believes by faith on the illogic ...... [v9]

03] believes in the promises of God .......... [v. 9]
04] He/She knows to make personal choices in Christ, and for Christ [V.10-12]
05] is optimistic and positive  ..... [v.11]
06] Is dreamer ...................... [v.12]
07] believes that GOD CAN !!! …….. [V. 12]
08] is brave and not look to sideways … [v.11,12]

09] is perseverant and successful  .... [v. 13-15]

10] works in the Lord and wait patiently for Him … [Colossians 3:17]; [Matthew 13: 31-32; Luke 5: 4-7]

11] Wait in praying, and receive what God has [Matt. 7: 7-12]; [Matt 21: 21,22; Mark 11: 24-25]

12] Use his received blessings, to do the work of Christ  [Mt. 17:27; Mark 12: 41-44]

All these positive features in Christ and many more are the characteristics of the Christian servants, of Christ, The Effective Christian Leader, the children of God for Jesus Christ.

This is real and also by faith, But we must also to act;

*Remove the "No" and the "can not" in your decisions, and stand you as principal; "Say yeah " !" }

* Removes "apathy", saying, "this is not my problem"; and "I do not care that" {the spiritual Christian is interested in souls and their needs}

* Removes your mind's padlock, and open it to the Lord.

* Remove any anxiety instilled in you ...

* Removes fear to seize the opportunity of having positive changes in Christ.

* Remove everything that makes you lose the motivation that makes you grow in the Lord, and economically.

* Removes saying, "let someone else do it" {the Christian is one who has the power of God}

* Remove the "maybe" and "might be" {You be a source of opinion in Christ; and say, "It is so because the Lord promised it!”}

* Remove the "let's wait and see what will happen," {You get that it happens, according to God's will!! }

* Removes "We'll see what the brothers say" or "people"; or "this, or that" or "others"

You have the testimony and the review !!! 

{You take your Initiative!}

The greatest dream of an innocent in need is that the hand of an angel of God provides him with a plate of food.

Según { Josué 14:6-15 };  El Lider cristiano se caracteriza porque:

01] No se abstiene del obrar para Cristo en sus decisiones, ni en opiniones .................... [ v. 6-8 ] 
02] Cree por Fé en lo ilógico ..............[  v. 9] 
03] Cree en Las Promesas de Dios… [ v. 9 ] 
04] Sabe hacer sus decisiones personales en Cristo y para Cristo ……. [ v.10-12 ] 
05] Es Optimista y positivo ................ [ v.11 ] 
06] Es Soñador ................................... [ v.12 ] 
07] Cree que ¡¡¡DIOS  PUEDE!!!  ... [ v. 12 ] 
08] Es valiente y no mira hacia los lados .... [ v.11,12 ] 

09] Es perceverante y triunfador .... [ v. 13-15 ] 
10] Obra en El Señor y espera en Él ...[ Colosenses 3:17]; [Mateo 13:31,32; Lucas 5:4-7 ] 
11] Espera en oración y recibe lo que de Dios viene [Mat. 7:7-12; Mt. 21:21,22; Marcos 11:24,25] 
12] Usa sus Bendiciones recibidas, para hacer La Obra de Cristo  [ Mt. 17:27; Marcos 12:41-44 ]
    
Todas estas  características  positivas en Cristo,  y muchas más, son las características del cristiano servidor de Cristo, el lider cristiano eficaz, el hijo de Dios por Jesucristo.

Esto es real y tambien Por Fé; Pero también tenemos que actuar.

* Quita el "NO"  y el "no puedo",  en tus decisiones,  y  ponte como principal;    "¡Dí  « SI » !"  } 

* Quita "la apatía", el decir "esto no es mi problema"; y el  "no me importa eso, o aquello" { el cristiano espiritual se interesa por las almas y sus necesidades } 

* ¡Quita la serradura a tu mente, y ábrela al Señor!
* Quita cualquier ansiedad infundida en tí ... 

* Quita el miedo en aprovechar la oportudidad para tener cambios positivos  en Cristo. 

* Quita todo lo que te haga perder la motivación que te hace crecer en El Señor  y en lo económico.

* Quita el decir "deja que otra persona lo haga" { el cristiano es quien tiene la  potestad de Dios } 

* Quita el  "quizás"  y  el  "pudiera ser" { ponte como fuente de opinión en Cristo  y  dí:  "¡así es, porque El Señor lo prometió!" } 
* Quita el  "esperemos a ver qué sucede",  {  ¡¡Haz tú que suceda confórme a La Voluntad de Dios!! } 

* Quita el  "verémos qué opinan los hermanos"  ó  "la gente";  ó  "éste, ó aquel" ó "los demás"

    ¡¡¡Tú tienes El Testimonio y La Opinión!!!
{¡Toma Tú La Iniciativa!} 

 El mayor sueño de un inocente necesitado, es que la mano 
de un angel de Dios le proporcione  un plato de alimento

"PARA  MIS  QUERIDOS  HIJOS"

Hoy,  YO  DIOS,  estaré manejando todos tus  problemas.   Por  favor,  recuerda que  no   necesito tu ayuda. Si  te enfrentas a una situación que no puedes manejar,  no  intentes  resolverla.  Te pido amablemente  que  la  coloques  en  la bandeja "Algo que sólo Dios puede hacer".  Me  encargaré del  asunto, en  Mi Tiempo,  no en el tuyo.  Una  vez  que  hayas  depositado tu  problema  en dicha bandeja no te aferres más a él o pretendas retirarlo de allí.  El aferrarte o retirar tu problema, solo hará que  se  retrase  la solución  del  mismo.   Si  fuese  una  situación  que  tú  consideres  puedes manejar por ti mismo; te pido no obstante, que por favor lo consultes conmigo en oración, para que puedas asegurarte que tomarás la decisión adecuada. 

Debido  a  que  yo no duermo nunca ni me adormezco  jamás,  no  hay  razón por la cual tengas que perder  tu  sueño  en  la  madrugada  a causa de las  preocupaciones.  Descansa en Mí. Si deseas contactarme,  estoy a la distancia de una oración.  Además, considera lo siguiente: 

  
Sé  feliz con lo que tienes.  Si  encuentras  difícil  el dormir por las noches,  recuerda  a  las familias desamparadas que no tienen un lecho donde dormir; ¡y ora por ellas!

Si te encuentras atorado en el tráfico, no desesperes.  Hay  gente  en  este mundo para quienes tan 
solo manejar es un privilegio.

¿Has tenido un mal día en el trabajo?  Piensa  en  aquellos  que  están por años sin poder conseguir uno, ¡y ponlos  en oración! 
  
¿Estás descorazonado/a por una relación sentimental deteriorada? Piensa en aquellos que no saben lo que es amar y que jamás han sido amados; ¡y llevales El Amor De Cristo!

¿Te  entristeces  porque  se  termina el fin de semana? Piensa  en  la mujer con vestidos raídos, que trabaja 18 horas al día lavando ropa ajena, a fin de alimentar a sus hijos;  ¡e imítala!

¿Se  dañó  tu  vehículo  en  medio  de  la  carretera,  y  lejos de toda ayuda posible?   Piensa  en  los parapléjicos,  que con el mayor gusto tomarían tu lugar por caminar la distancia,  ¡ y  pide  Al  Señor 
por ellos!

¿Has notado que te aparecen nuevas canas?. Piensa en los enfermos de cáncer bajo quimioterapia, que, desearían tener tu cabello, ¡y visítalos al hospital o a su lecho de muerte!

¿Has llegado a los 40 y te has enfrentado a una terrible pérdida, y te preguntas Cuál es el propósito de esta prueba? Sé agradecido. Existieron muchos que no vivieron hasta esa edad para averiguarlo.  ¡No cuestiones  a  Tu  Creador;  sino  sirvete  a  crecer  espiritualmente  en  medio  de  las tribulaciones!

¿Te encuentras en un momento de la vida con que eres objeto de la amargura, ignorancia, pequeñez o envidia de la gente? Recuerda que las cosas podrían ser peores si tú fueras uno de ellos....  ¡Muestrales a Cristo, y enséñales que las raices de amargura cancerifican sus vidas! 
  
¿Sientes que no ayudas a los demás como quisieras?;  ahora  parte de la solución está en tus manos; envíales este memorandum;  podrías, aun sin quererlo, iluminar el día y la vida de alguien más. 
 

¿Sientes que no tienes un amigo?  "Recuerda que uno te está enviando este mensaje".  La  oración es uno de los dones que Dios nos ha dado. No cuesta nada y nos concede cantidad de premios.

Padre,  te  pido  que  bendigas a mis amigos que lean esto; y que les reveles Tu Amor  y  Tu Poder.  

Espíritu  Santo,  te  pido que  seas  El Guía para sus almas:  

Donde hay  dolor dales Tu Paz  y Tu Misericordia.  

Donde hay  dudas,  renuévales  la confianza.  

Donde  hay  cansancio,  te  pido  que  les des  entendimiento , paciencia ,  y  fuerza  aprendiendo  a  amarte.

Donde  hay estancamiento espiritual,  te  pido que les reveles  tu cercanía,  para  un  nuevo comienzo en la fe. 

Donde hay miedo, revélales tu amor,  y trasmíteles tu fuerza

Bendice  sus  finanzas,  concédeles  mas  visión de ti,  que  tengan el  apoyo  de amigos  para darles fuerza  y  valentia.  

Concédeles, a cada uno, discernimiento para poder distinguir las fuerzas negativas que los afectan; y revélales el poder que tienen en ti para superarlo. 

Te  ruego  me concedas estas peticiones, en el nombre de Cristo.
